Sally Veitch
Support Assistant
Sally has always enjoyed working (and playing) outdoors and is happiest foraging, whittling, or cooking on a campfire. She has been lucky enough to work in some amazing environments across the world but is always drawn back to the woodlands of the North East where she grew up. Sally has over 15 years of experience working in education, spanning from early years to undergraduate level, and she began her Forest School journey nearly 7 years ago! Sally is a level 3 Forest School Practitioner, is Level 3 Paediatric First Aid trained, and has a PhD (Cross-sector collaboration: An integrated approach to schools’ use of outdoor environments).
Sally is passionate about everybody having the opportunity to regularly connect with and develop in nature and has dedicated her life to doing what she can to make this happen.
