Rhoda Fairbairn

Rhoda just loves to be outdoors – walking the dog, digging in the garden, or out and about exploring with her children. She has been working with families and children for many years in voluntary roles such as toddler groups and summer camps. After several years as a full-time parent, she also ran her own childminding business where she developed a love of child-led learning, especially in the outdoor environment.
