Phoebe Tomlinson

Phoebe started with Stomping Grounds through TimeToShine after graduating last year. She appreciated how Stomping Grounds made the interview process and workspace accessible to neurodiverse people from the start, sending interview questions to her before the interview. Phoebe believes this helped her feel properly equipped to answer the questions well. On-the-spot questions would have been hard for her due to her learning difficulties. In the past, Phoebe has been mistreated for her learning difficulties, so to join a company that not only accepts her but understands the challenges she faces and openly celebrates neurodiversity was an eye-opener for her. When working on-site with young people and behind the scenes, Phoebe’s neurodiversity presents strengths that positively contribute to Stomping Grounds.
