Since Catherine was a young girl she’s always felt a strong connection with nature and the freedom it can give us to express ourselves. She studied Genetics and Evolution at University and since then has done an Internship in Spain studying all things plants, spent time “Big 5” volunteering in South Africa, and traveled around Australia for a year. This has allowed her to spend time in amazing natural landscapes and thoroughly appreciate all the wacky and wonderful animals of the world.
Before working for Stomping Grounds, Catherine was employed mainly in the medical field and had jobs in areas like clinical trial research and molecular diagnostics. She feels extremely passionately about equal access for all, in healthcare and education. Catherine has always wanted to make a difference, whether that be for nature or people. She is therefore very excited to now work for Stomping Grounds where the two go hand in hand.
