Durham: Leadgate

Gateshead: Chopwell Community Woodland

Planted on an old coal mine, Chopwell Community woodland is Gateshead Council land and is accessible by foot to the residents of Chopwell. North of the field opposite Chopwell Community centre.

Gateshead: Gibside

With a beautiful private base camp within the trees, and access to the whole Gibside estate, we work in partnership with the National Trust to host our wonderful Kindergarten here.

Gateshead: Riverside Park

As part of the Gateshead Riverside Partnership, we’re honoured to be working with Gateshead Council on the regeneration of this area, bringing it back to life for local people.

Newcastle: Benwell

Benwell Nature reserve is leased to us during the holiday by West Newcastle Academy. We’re privileged to have access to such a beautiful wild space in the middle of an urban area.

Newcastle: Hodgkin Park

Thanks to Urban Green, Newcastle, we are able to offer fully accessible family sessions in the heart of Benwell, at Hodgkin Park.

Northumberland: Dukes Hagg Wood

Based on the outskirts of Prudhoe, this 33 acre Ancient Woodland is a wonderful hub of community activity. Just off Moor Road, about a mile away from Ferndene Hospital.

Northumberland: Haltwhistle Riverside Park

We offer forest school for families with children under 7 year olds during term time and funded holiday club sessions during selected school holidays.
